Online its says that the install should take 15-30min for the install of a Cargo box and rails. App Shows the vehicle was done and parked at 9:36am There is no way it took 2 hours for the install but the service advisor swore it did. When I picked up the vehicle none of the manuals were in the car, waited 30min for the service advisor to retrieve from the tech only to discover the manual for the crossbars is missing. I do not know how to remove and reinstall.
