The shop attendant Jose is the only reason I choose to bring my car to VW. There’s a stigma of dealerships being shady and just trying to gouge money from customers, but Jose has been the complete opposite. Jose is very attentive and his interpersonal communication skills are excellent. He explains maintenance task and suggests future maintenance that should be done to my car to maintain the cars health. I have dealt with other employees there, and I firmly believe Jose should be promoted to a position where he can train and mold the staff to offer the same great service he does.

No one knew what they were doing. Our salesman was young, and clearly inexperienced. Taking home the vehicle took 3 1/2 hours because we were “mishandled”
