Zeve and the team are excellent. I drove 45 minutes to Huntington to come to this VW when there is one 15 minutes from my house. The drive is 100% worth it.

When I received the TAO it was extremely rushed. The Sales person Eli scheduled another customer at the same time and kept running back and forth between us. I asked to come back to pick up the car 3 times but he insisted I get the car that night. At 9:15pm on 6/2/25 I got the car. The details of the car was explained to me in rush as well. The next day I noticed ants on the car and just thought they crawled on the car. I dusted them off the car and went on my way. However, on the morning of 6/4 I noticed 100’s of ants on the car. I found they were coming out of the gas tank. I opened it and found the car frame was infested with ants. I called the dealer extremely upset. They took the car into service and I haven’t gotten the car back as of yet. Today is 6/8. I am extremely disappointed that I was sold a car that was infested with ants. I think the right thing to do would be to swap the car out but that hasn’t been offered. And the sales rep tried to say it’s a few ants and pretend he didn’t give me the car that way. He absolutely sold the car this way. Now it makes sense as to why I was rushed into the car. I am beyond upset. I am paying for a car I can’t use. The sales manager was very nice and helpful although didn’t seem to want to compensate me for my inconvenience. I have had 2 other VW leases and have never encountered this. I returned my VW Tiguan to them with no ants. I should’ve been given a car with no bugs. This is a disgrace. I will not return to this location to purchase another vehicle. The service team has been nice about trying to get them out. The service manager has been great at explaining what they’re trying to do. I just feel the sales department isn’t doing enough. If it continues I will be forced to get my attorney involved. This is very unfortunate.

Hi Charisma. I regret hearing there is an issue with your new Taos. I do see that you leased it on the last day of the monthly cycle which would require same day delivery to take advantage of the Memorial Day Promotions which ended at midnight on June 2nd. Someone from management will reach out to you to discuss the issue with the car.
