Clogged Drain tubes on my Tiguan were backing water up into my car which lead to mold and mildew growth and smell. The service center had my car for 3 weeks. The rugs and pads were replaced, but the car still smells horrible. This is unacceptable for having the car for 3 weeks. The car is virtually undriveable because the smell is so bad. Horrible communication and the result is not what was expected. Now I’m left with a musty smelling car in the heat of summer.
