The past experience has been terrible. The shuttle service provided left me stranded on a Friday at work 2x in a row. I was told the service would only take 2-3 hours and was told I would be picked up soon. Hours went by without a driver. I’m calling and texting and not getting a straight answer. Picked up my truck only to find out that my trunk won’t automatically open anymore. My reverse alert constantly goes off even though nothing is behind me, and the issue I brought the car in for is still not fixed. The lady th at has been helping me said they would take care of it and I would get another appointment haven’t heard back even though I called 2x already. Now I am asking to speak with a manager, who hasn’t called me back yet. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

My service writer Stephanie is AMAZING. She always is attentive and helps me out with anything I need. I come to Huntington specifically because of her. I have never been disappointed when she's on the job. I wouldn't trust my baby with anyone other than her
