I brought my car in for an inspection and told Mike I had to be out by a certain time to get to a doctor appointment. Mike assured me he would take care of it and sure enough I was out of there quickly. Mike and the rest of the service team are always pleasant, helpful and have a smile on their face. It is always a pleasure dealing with them.

Since I purchased the car, have been having problems with the Navigation system and the remote entry into the car. I called VW of Huntington and I was told someone will called me back and they never did. I am starting to think it was a mistake purchasing this vehicle.

The service person was a pleasure to work with. He kept in contact and kept me up to date on what was happening, but my car was not taken care of properly. The windshield wiper still starts by itself, and the clock in the car wasn’t even touched. When I got the car back, the clock was still six minutes late.
