The best car service that I have ever received is from Volkswagon Huntington. The process of making the appointment, to dropping off my car, and waiting is seamless. The waiting area is clean and bright. The staff at Volkswagon Huntington make the process the best that it possibly can be. I appreciate the wonderful service from them. I purchased the Passat GT in 2018. Ever since its been serviced EXCLUSIVELY at the dealership. I took the car in last year..... in June regarding the radio screen not working. I was advised by the service rep this was a VERY common issue. I was "out" of warranty for 6 days. I was told I would hear back regarding how to get this covered / repaired. Its April of 2025..... I still have not heard back. I was told after my last appointment I would hear back by the end of the day (4/2). I have still not heard back. Absolutely unacceptable and I am planning on not using this dealership for future repairs. I've rec'd COUNTLESS marketing emails / texts from this dealership. Yet, NOBODY can call me to get the radio issue addressed. Extremely unsatisfied and absolutely not purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership.
