It was very easy to do busy with VW of Huntington. No run arounds, I asked for their best price, and they gave it to me. Beat all other dealers that I had visited. No haggling needed. Process was quick and easy. Had a new car in an hour.

Great and fast service

My wife had a broken clock spring, which was diagnosed right away, then was told part would be in early following week. This malfunction causes you to not have a horn or driver air bag. It took repeated calls every day for most of the week to get to someone (they originally told her they would call when part came in, that did not happen). When she got though to service, they said the part came in, in the beginning of the week then she was able to get it repaired. Problem was leaving messages is poor communication especially when they never call back.
