    Steph is a very nice service rep. Very respectful. My car had multiple services performed. Included in my requests, I asked that a problem with my driver's side auto window (that was occasionally malfunctioning) be looked at. During my appointment, Steph informed me that my Tech had sent me a video regarding my vehicle's inspection, but I never got one. At pickup I informed Steph that I had never gotten the video, and Steph stated "You probably opted out." When I confirmed that fact, Steph never offered to get me the video. Also when my vehicle was ready, Steph reiterated all of the services I approved were completed but never mentioned the window. I had to ask and Steph seemed almost reluctant to give me an answer. These facts along with the way I was told how the Tech handled the window problem, and no record of it ever being addressed on my service bill is leading me to believe I was being blown off and all that was wanted was to provide me with services that were chargeable. Now, I bring my car to you because I place trust in you guys because of how well I've been treated in the past. But I need to tell you that the manner in which I was treated on March 3rd was not good and will be reconsidering my future service needs.

    I really appreciate the level of customer service I’ve experienced at the Huntington dealership. I was in for service the other day, and Zeve was very helpful during the process and helped me set up in the waiting area so I could work while I waited for my car. Other employees have been equally helpful. It was a very pleasant visit because of that.

    Jose Velasquez is exceptional. I specifically choose him for every service because of the attention and care he provides for my vehicle. He treats it as his own. Best service rep by far across any dealership I’ve done business with. You guys have an all-star there.
