    I had a wonderful experience. Hassle free. I dealt with Zeve, who was very knowledgeable and understanding on the one issue I had. He relayed it to the mechanic, Christian, who fixed that issue. Zeve kept me updated on time, and I live that Christian made a video of everything he did go over and take care of. What a great idea to do this. Great experience, and those two men are great workers.

    I would have given zero stars if I could. I was there for over 6 hours. I was given a price for leasing a new car and I told my salesperson that u did not have a top credit score. When I got to the financial officer I was hit with a higher rate and more tax than I would never expect or was told. By then it was too late to reverse the lease/sale. This has made me very angry. I would never have done the lease if all the costs were upfront. I would have taken me care elsewhere to turn it in and leased/purchased a lesser priced car. This is now out of my budget and I will have to do without many things, food included, to be able to afford it. I feel as though I had a gun to my head because by the time I knew of all the costs it was too late to do anything else. I have been going to your dealership for about 10 years and I am extremely disappointed and angry with the way I was treated. I feel I was scammed and treated very poorly. This is how to lose once loyal customers. I would appreciate a call or text or email about how you can make this right. Being there for 6 hours is absurd and I was unable to do the things I had to do that day including eating lunch and dinner. I live in Port Jefferson and it is quite a distance from you. My day was absolutely ruined because of your dealership. I hope you will do something for me to make it right.
