CHECK YOUR CAMERAS AND YOU WILL SEE THAT WHEN I FIRST WALKED IN I WASN'T GREETED BY A SINGLE PERSON, AND THEN WAITED FOR 25 MINUTES BEFORE I WALKED TO THE BACK OFFICES AND ASKED SOMEONE FOR HELP, (THANK YOU TO JOSE WHO GOT A SALESMAN FOR ME) THE "GREETER" (LADY WITH THE DARK HAIR AND DARK GLASSES THAT SITS IN LOBBY) WAS ON THE PHONE ORDERING LUNCH THAT ENTIRE TIME. EVEN THOUGH I STOOD IN FRONT OF HER DESK AND SWAYED SIDE TO SIDE SHE STILL REFUSED TO MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH ME OR ACKNOWLEDGE ME. I ALMOST WALKED OUT TWICE BUT MY HUSBAND CONVINCED ME TO STAY. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT IS VW'S STANDARD OF A WELCOME.

I came in with my brakes, squealing, and I have only 5000 miles and I was told there was nothing they could do about it eventually it’ll go away. I found that to be an unacceptable answer was not very pleased.
