Dropped car off at 8AM Monday 12/23 (with an appointment made a week in advance) for a recall notice service. Was recommended a 40K service, which I denied at the counter, and later a 2 tire replacement, which I denied online. No ETA of service completion after being told "a couple of hours" both on the recall notice and at the counter. No follow up of car being ready. Calls to sales (service was closed) on Tuesday, Christmas Eve, went unreturned, so I drove to dealer to pick up my car. Financial manager released my car to me.

Jose was told about a issue with the radio volume. He said it was fixed, it was not. The part is under warranty. Why tell a customer than you fixed it when iif all he had to do was turn the radio on and try to adjust the volume and clearly observe it wasn't working properly??
