My car was brought in on a Sunday, which was amazing that there was a system in place to leave it; lock box for key, envelope for note. Manager Mike called early Monday morning to explain diagnostic procedure, then upon my approval, did a slew of work needed, done and completed by 4pm. Could not have been a better experience for me. I was exceptionally grateful for his attentiveness and professionalism (which also includes all who worked on the vehicle).

Representative was great. The waiting area was unsatisfactory. The coffee machine was broken and no refreshments were offered.
