I think they need to work on their customer service. I have gone into furniture stores and I have been offered something to drink. They were nice but it was a very dry experience. The receptionist was dry and not inviting. No smile not engaging. Normally when you are in place like that you get hellos from other sales men but nothing !!

The shop attendant Jose is the only reason I choose to bring my car to VW. There’s a stigma of dealerships being shady and just trying to gouge money from customers, but Jose has been the complete opposite. Jose is very attentive and his interpersonal communication skills are excellent. He explains maintenance task and suggests future maintenance that should be done to my car to maintain the cars health. I have dealt with other employees there, and I firmly believe Jose should be promoted to a position where he can train and mold the staff to offer the same great service he does.
