I spent 3 hours and $511 for a tire that never got fixed and your service advisor and technician didn't even know what was actually repaired and let me leave the dealership without a spare tire (it was still flat).

My service advisor, Zeve, listened to me describe my issue and was responsive to what I was telling him. Because of that he was able to let the mechanic who worked on my vehicle know exactly what the issue was, and as a result it the problem was remedied.
