    the experience was fantastic. the person that checked me in took care of everything and made the whole process enjoyable. very nice sitting area which allowed me to do my emails and work remotely. the reason no 5 star was given was that they couldn't fix the problem with my GPS

    Jose is the best service advisor. He’s so on top of the schedule of the workers and estimating timing. He always asks if I need to go somewhere and offers transportation. He listens and asks questions and knows what’s needed. He’s so knowledgeable. He even remembers past conversations so it’s always a friendly visit and I like coming in for my car service.

    I was broken down away from home and had to be towed. The intake rep who originally did my paperwork seemed very tense and defensive or something, I just felt uncomfortable talking with him, and he seemed impatient when I was asking about the cost break-out if the problem were to be something covered under warranty. He also got such a bad look on his face when he looked in the computer to see my last oil change, and seemed to really think I had gone over a year without changing the oil, and told me there could be other problems that could be caused by that. But I had gotten the oil done at another garage I sometimes go to. Then it took THREE DAYS to put a starter and battery in, which forced me to have to walk to the LIRR each day for work, and I was told very bluntly there was no loaner car. Did it really have to take three days to get a starter done?? And then the labor rate for putting the battery in was more than I would expect based on what I've read - and what I read was particular to my specific car. This cost me $500 just for a battery plus the walking and the LIRR which is $26 a day. The other customer service guy (Zeve?) is consistently more friendly.
