I had to bring my car in again because the check engine light came on. Something that was previously fixed was broken again and there was another issue with the engine. I have had multiple recalls on this car and this is the second time it has needed service. My car was kept there for five days. I was told there was no loaners available so I had to figure out What to do for a week. I have at least many cars and have never had this many issues with a leased car.

Your service person Stephanie is always a pleasure to work with. She took care of the major issue and changed the steering wheel on my certified pre owned Tiguan. I had mentioned that the passenger side rear tire was loosing air and the wiper was streaking. I was told they were checked but the tire is still losing air and the wipers still streak.
